Exchange status : "item has been replaced"
What do you mean the phrase :" item has been replaced" ?
A few days ago i have done a request for exchange item which it arrived in warehouse because the size was wrong. So, i contact the after-sale service that have processed the exchange. Since yeserday the item is effectively stocked in warehouse but i don't know is exchanged with the correct size or the size is always wrong. I noted that the qc photo always have the box with the wrong size . What should i do in this situation ?
