Do I complain or let it go?

It's almost been 4 weeks since my 16-month-old started attending daycare for the first time. I think the adjustment is going pretty well, and the primary teacher seems solid. She's there every morning at drop off, and she leaves about an hour before pick up. There is a rotating selection of support staff that handle the end of the day, and it's just chaos. They're all nice enough, but it doesn't seem like there are processes that all teachers share.

For example, I have to hunt around the room to find LO's hat and water bottle. There isn't a set place to find them. One time LO's bag was in a closet, other times it's in the entryway, and rarely it's in the cubbies outside the room unless I put it there. LO came home in a diaper that wasn't ours and three sizes too small once even though I've made sure everything is stocked and labeled regularly. One time they asked if I wanted to bring sunscreen since they're spending more time outside. I already brought sunscreen on day one. I had to fill out a form and everything. The support teachers couldn't find it. Today, LO came home in loaner pants due to an apple juice spill despite the fact that I provided two changes of labeled clothing because that's what they asked for. The teachers couldn't find it. The next morning the main teacher always finds the missing things, but it seems crazy to me that there aren't just assigned places to keep certain items that everyone is aware of.

Also, they serve way more sugar than i.ever expected or would've allowed. Is that normal? Cinnamon Toast Crunch for a snack, apple juice, Keebler Bug Bites, pudding, and on one special occasion, donuts!

Should I say anything or just let it go? I'm a type-a perfectionist control freak, and I can't tell if my frustration is warranted or if I need to loosen up a bit.

Edit: Thank you everyone for the input! I would supply food from home in a heartbeat, but it's not allowed. The center is part of the CACFP program, and receives federal funding. I was reading about it last night, and I don't think these snacks do not appear to meet the minimum requirements for participation. I'm going to ask more questions.
