i’m currently in a firm where i’m expecting about 90k+ total comp inclusive of bonus.

i got an offer from a bank, with abt 80k base, 1-3 months expected total comp.

this offer’s base was about 1.5k higher than my current base but i rejected it because it was a lower total comp.

and also because it was a different market than what im interested in, even tho the work would let me mingle more closely with FO

wondering if i missed an opportunity?
