Scar appearance now and later
Left side is my left knee acl reconstruction in 2018 and right side is my right knee acl reconstruction with meniscus and lateral cartilage repair a little over 3 weeks ago. Not much improvement in my scar appearance after years. I didn’t use anything but may try vitamin E oil and other things this time around. Anyone have good luck with that and when did you start applying to your scar?
