Where is the original total price including leverage?

Arrived used to show not only the IPO offering to investors but the total cost of a deal.

I have been making note of the original total cost to use in an analysis of value. Now it is gone and the math doesn't work.

The Windsor originally showed a total cost of 384,709 with 65% leverage. Now without that, I calculate the total cost based on the IPO offering of 157,210 which represented 35% of the cost. 157,210 / .35 = total cost of $449,171.

Arrived, what am I doing wrong or was the original total cost wrong?

Seattle City Fund: More multi-family properties?

In the Seattle City Fund there is a $100,000 investment in a multi-family property. That appears to be a "fractional" investment in the apartment complex since we do not normally see exact figures like that.

It seems like a reasonable way to add value to the fund while keeping the risk lower by not buying the full property. Is there consideration to add more properties to the fund?

Mogul and Ark7 are successful with multi-family properties though they own them completely.

I'm sharing my mileage for a run of 1,000 miles. These are miles 2,700 to 3,700 on the Sportage I almost always use the paddle to increase regenerative breaking, and is a mix of surface streets and freeway.

While the vehicle says 38.8 mpg, my real world tracking puts it more around 36.5 mpg.

Sorry for the bad pic
