Uniform pick up
Question for the UNIFORM volunteers here in the group:
- Do you have an end date to your shifts?!
- Can you ask a lead about volunteers status on scheduling their pick up?!
I have my first shift on Friday at FAN FEST and still don’t have the email to schedule uniform and accreditation pick up.
I don’t know how to proceed, if I should just withdraw my first few shifts as I am not confident that I might get any updates until the end of the week.
I check the FIFA Volunteer app multiple times a day to check if anything changed. I already opened a ticket, and I don’t even have a middle name or any problems with my documents that required a change.
There is no way to message on the volunteer app either and I’m note sure if this is still the time for the “wait and see” approach”
