Paper bad or am I overworking?

Paper bad or am I overworking?

Edit: I redid this painting from scratch with all the feedback from this post and attached it in the comments below. It turned out much better. Thank you for all the tips.

The paper keeps coming out if I try to lift or fix mistakes or even try to do multiple washes and glazes.

It is a 300gsm 100% cotton paper from a brand called Artios. I think it is handmade.

Do u guys think I am overworking?

Also, for most of my paintings (all except for 1 painting), they appear more glowing and saturated in a photo. They don't look as good in real life.

What am I doing wrong? This is an A6 size painting.

Please help me get better. I want the sun to appear like it's actually glowing.

I totally love this painting but I just want some real feedback on how/where to improve.
