Masoniana really struggling, help!
Hiya, I bought a masoniana begonia from a plant shop about 3 months ago and I'm struggling to keep it alive.
I was told it'd do good in a bathroom, likes warm and humid, feed during the summer months etc. But it's lost over half its leaves, gone crispy, and just looks in worse shape day after day.
I potted it up a month ago into a coir/perlite/castings mix and probably went a bit bigger for the pot than I should've.
Can anyone point me in the right direction of saving this beauty? It's on a south facing bathroom window ledge, but I do tend to put uv blocking window film up during the summer months (haven't yet).
I make a point of keeping the bathroom humid for about an hour in the morning after showers to try and give it some moisture but I'm at a loss at your to increase the humidity without moulding up the bathroom.
Any advice would be so appreciated, thank you! ❤️
