Using Capital Losses

Looking for some advice on Capital Losses. When I retired, I had company shares left in my account valued at about $58,000, the current value is about $31,000. If I sell the shares, can I use the $27,000 Loss against my retirement, pension income, or T5 interest income? Thank you
