What's your favourite test team that plays at a level below the European Nations Cup?

There are some interesting teams and individuals playing in the lower echelons of test rugby. While you don't necessarily get the high level of tier one nations, the asymetric nature of the games allows talented players to shine more.

I personally favour Bulgaria. All of the matches are free to watch on youtube.

For the first time since its establishment, Dragons haven't finished bottom of the URC Welsh Shield

Despite finishing the lowest of the Welsh teams in the table, they did well enough in the derbies to finish above Scarlets in the shield. Congrats Dragons!
