How do you guys find the motivation to study??

I’ve just wasted my whole evening trying to do prep for my methods test but I literally can’t bring myself to do it. I was doing some work during class and lunch today but the moment i got home I just couldn’t do it anymore and i feel so guilty which feels so stupid too because it’s only my fault. It’s 1/2 and I’m doing already 2 3/4 subjects this year and I feel like I’ve been balancing fine but idk anymore.

What have others been doing?
