The has been a lot of miss management at the company I work for and they had to lay off 4 people and this has cause a lot of reflecting in the office, now I am planning my exit (before all this kicked off) and my colleague in the same role is also going to leave soon. I know of 4 other people actively looking.

This is basically half the company, I don’t know why but I am feeling really bad for the boss despite the way I have been treated. Anyone else felt the same when they experienced a mass exodus.
