Fractured my clavicle a couple of days ago and the orthopedist said I was in the grey zone and could go the surgery or non-operative route equally. I have a flight that I can’t miss 4 days after surgery that I’ve opted for and he said I should be able to travel.

It’s day 6 of my fracture and although it’s uncomfortable with the sling, I can do my daily tasks with enough patience. I’m not sure if I’m making the right decision with having surgery so soon before a trip and would love some input.
