I am seriously considering this apartment, but wanted to know a few things:

\- Are there any current referral promotions?

\- Have the management issues and communication gotten better in the past year?

\- How reliable is the light rail from liberty state park to Hoboken in the morning?

\- How active are the groups and events?

\- I heard the noise level gets pretty bad at Solaris, is it better at Hazel?
