Hey yall! I frequently watch debates about religion and the existence of god and I just noticed, people tend to always use the bible as "proof" that there is god. That makes no sense to me as we are arguing whether god exists or not so using the bible, which is inherently bias, just makes no sense. I expected arguments to contain things outside the bible.

I understand if the topic is "what is the nature of god" but using the bible as proof of god makes no sense
