I wasn't able to book my shifts in the window they gave, so I reached out and explained to them what happened and they copied and pasted what was on the portal and sent it back to me: " We ask that volunteers book their shifts within seven days of receiving their invitation to book. Once the seven days have expired, your role offer may be revoked and given to someone else. "

This was almost a month ago and I've received no other communication, does anyone know if there's a chance of me getting my role? At my in person training they said that we wouldn't have a problem booking shifts or anything since the role isn't packed with people. (this is Philly)
