Advice please!

Hey all. Apologies for any formatting issues Im on mobile.

I just started my first service advisor job, ive been in the dealer industry for 3 years and just started this job on Tuesday. I feel like im drowning. I have very very little CDK knowledge which was expressed in my interview. They said thats fine since theyre switching to Tekion soon. But "soon" is unsure and I cant get any help trying to learn CDK unless im constantly pestering managers or other advisors, and when they help they blow through the steps so fast without explaining what theyre doing I can hardly keep up let alone remember everything. But they had me start writing on my second day leading to some not so serious but aggravating (to myself and the customer) fuck ups.

Any advice? Similar stories? Itd be appreciated.
