After years of trying eye creams, I accidentally found the one!

I just wanted to share this because I'm honestly a little amazed (shocked perhaps). I've been self-conscious about my puffy tired-looking eyes for years. People asking if I'm ok when I've slept 8 hours, I've tried probably 6/7 different eye creams to various degrees of disappointment.

a few months ago, my friend recommendad and I bought Okoa's caffenie eye cream. The first week I almost gave it back, it felt slick, slid around and made my under eyes look shiny instead of awake! Turns out I was using WAY too much, basically a face cream amount.

I switched to a tiny grain amount for both eyes, tapped it along the bone and waited couple of minutes before concealer, and that was the AHA moment for me.

Fast forward, it's one eye product I've actually finished and reordered! On puffy mornings (after salty dinners mostly) I can see my eyes calm down in about 10 minutes, and I just look like someone who slept 12 hours :)

It didn't do anything for the brownish bit in my inner corners that I've had forever, so if your circles are more brown than puffy read this please!

Anyway, if anyone can recommeand a complimantry eye cream to fight the black circles that can play along with this - please advise!

Okoa Dual Lifting Cream thoughts after a few weeks

I have been using the Okoa Dual Lifting Cream for a few weeks now and wanted to post because I could barely find any normal person reviews on it.

For context, my skin is normal to dry, a little dehydrated, a little sensitive, and I get clogged pretty easily if a cream is too heavy. I used this mostly at night after a hydrating serum, and a couple times in the morning under sunscreen just to see how it wore.

First impression was that it is richer than I expected. Not greasy exactly, but definitely not one of those creams that disappears instantly. It gives that kind of cushioned, smoother look right away and when I wake up my skin does look more rested. I would not call it a dramatic change, but it does make my skin feel comfortable and kind of bouncy by morning.

What I liked most is that it made my skin feel moisturized without making my face sting. My skin has been kind of dramatic lately and this was one of the few things that did not make it angrier.

What I did not love is that the lifting part feels a bit overstated to me. Like yes, my skin looks nicer and a little plumper when I use it, but actual lifting, no. It feels more like a good rich moisturizer than some huge wow product. Also if I use too much, I definitely wake up shiny. I do not think oily skin people would enjoy this unless your skin is super dehydrated.

So overall I like it, but in a quiet way. Not life changing, not horrible, just solid. I can see myself liking it more in winter than summer. My rate is 4/5.
