People who say “Fake Champ” have no brain.
Especially with the new ranking system I see a ton of people complaining and then getting called a “fake champ”. Being a newer player that started last season and has played 500 matches and watched,pros, top champs; I can understand the difference. But people say”fake champs” should really be emerald. These brain dead people have never really defined what a true champ is? I can get than some champs were inflated, but what defines a champ? It’s an arbitrary rank that isn’t defined numerically? Is it the top 1% of players? Is it top.5%??? I don’t even know.
It seems that everyone who uses this term is protecting their egos and wants anyone who is worse than them to be in a different lower rank. That’s not how ranking system works anywhere. Champ used to be harder to get, and in 2.0 it was much easier apparently. That doesn’t define any parameters. Now it seems to me that almost all players that were previous emerald to low champ are emerald to plat. That’s quite a large group in one place now with very large skill differences.
Make it make sense.
