Good experience and recommended shrimp seller in EU
I wanted to share a positive experience when buying shrimps from shrimpify.eu . The whole operation of the store, breeding shrimp and shipping is done by a small store with very big emphasis on quality and transparency. My first order was for 10 Blue Dream Neocaridinas and 10 Orange Neocaridinas.
After a while my order was not processed so I contacted the seller for an explanation, and they responded that due to Easter holidays they are delaying shipping until normal work weeks.
Plus no. 1: seller cares about animals first not getting them to you in any conditions
After the order arrived the shrimp were fine but some if not most of Orange shrimps were a little bit dull so I contacted the owner for an explanation and a possible refund. To my surprise and the first time after dealing with Garnelio and other big chain stores, I wasn't gaslighted that it's the lighting, stress from transport ,taking photos outside their bags so it's my water or something, no I got a very clear yes, they are do you want a voucher for the lower quality shrimps. The owner then proceeded to remove the shrimps from the store and wait until he can get more representative photos
Plus no.2 : no bullshit
Lastly, this is not an ad, if it was I would be yelling and marketing the orange eyed shrimps, but I am a student and can't afford those fancy ones, so if someone had experience with that, please add to the discussion.
