Hey, I am 23 (M)!🩷

My lower body training consists one 90 min workout per week. I am thinking about adding more glute isolation lifts; any tips would be appreciated!
Workout:
Barbell back squat for a heavy 10 - 8 - 6
Hip Trusts: 4 x 12 with a 2 second pause at the top
Hack squat: 3 x 10
Hamstring curls: 4 x 12
Leg extensions: 3 x 10
Hip adductor machine: 4 x 15
Hip abduction machine: 4 x 15
Calf raises: 4 x 15
