I took my bulky bandage off this morning and this is what my incisions are looking like. Pretty worried about the open looking one- what do yall think? It’s not gushing blood, doesn’t hurt or anything but I feel it’s not suppose to look like that- the other two don’t. Let me know what you think I should do. Thanks
Okay I seriously need to get off this subreddit but any tips for anti rotation boots? My heel on my non surgical side has been hurting really bad already (it’s only been 2 days) - these boots are a nightmare and I must wear them at night. Any tips on making them comfier/ avoiding pressure sores etc is greatly appreciated.

So I had surgery two days ago for impingement, labral tear and had a capsular plication done. So it seems I’m not suppose to do full extension as my CPM is set to 30-70 and remains at 30 for three weeks. However, how is that I’m allowed to just lay in bed ? Is that not full extension with my legs lying straight? Especially with my anti rotation boots? After surgery when I woke up my legs were just lying straight with the anti rotation boots so I’m just confused as to how that’s not technically full extension?
Hey guys I literally just got home from my surgery that I had this morning lol - had the surgery for CAM impingement , labral tear and had a capsular plication. How am I suppose to lay- pls someone tell me or drop a link that shows how to lay on the couch/ bed. And any helpful advice for recovery would be so appreciated. Im lowkey loopy typing this lol
