Lump on dogs face

I just found a lump on my dog’s face and I am really worried. I have already booked a vet appointment but I am spiralling in the meantime. Does anyone know what this lump could be? I only noticed it today, could it be a sting or a cyst? I would be very grateful for any professoonal insight.
