Is egg freezing a bad idea if I’m scared to know about my fertility levels?

Im single and 29 and I don’t know if I want kids. I do know that I would only have kids if I’m in a relationship with someone who I want to have them with. As far as I know I’m healthy and have no known fertility problems.

I’m thinking about freezing my eggs, but I’m worried about the fertility tests because I don’t want to know if I am likely to have fertility problems. I know that sounds strange, but I feel like it will negatively effect me in dating and put additional pressure on it. I also feel like I would then have to disclose that information to people I’m dating rather than just wait and see if we get pregnant when I find the right person - and that is likely to add a difficult dynamic to relationships when they are forming. of course, I may be absolutely fine and not find any issues when I’m going through the freezing process.

I’d be interested to hear anyone else‘s experience with this and how you found bad news about fertility affected you or not.

thank you!!

Did weight gain go once IUD removed?

Girls, I want to know if this water retention and weight gain will go when I remove the kyleena iud? I’ve had it for 6 months and in the last month I’ve seen my appetite increase and gained 2kg, feeling really puffy and bloated like I’m retaining water. I’ve had other side effects too like headaches and swollen sore boobs. Did other lose the weight when they got it out? I’d love to hear people’s stories!
