I am staying in Toulouse for 2 weeks for work and want to get a good ride in the Pyrenees while I am there on the weekend (early June). Would it be best to rent a bike in Toulouse and take the train to a town in the Pyrenees, or better to rent a bike closer to the mountains? Any suggestion on where to take the train to and start the ride? Or is it easier to rent a car? I want to do 100 - 130 km loop with a few big climbs. Any advice (shops to rent from, good routes, etc.) is appreciated, thank you!
