PF Tek Question
After a few failed AIO attempts I am going down the PF Tek route. (Also using SIB). I innoculated the 4 jars early may and saw proof between 5/7 and 5/12.
One of the jars I discarded due to contam.
The jar with the earliest innoculation has developed what I think are two pins, while the other side of the jar has only partial growth.
From what I read you should wait until the jar is fully innoculated and then wait for a week for consolidation.
Given that I have two pins already, should I dunk it and move to fruiting or wait until fully consolidated?
Also: Better to move all three to fruiting or one at the time as they are ready?
