26 y.o. I've been using topical minoxidil for ~2 years, and topical finasteride for ~1 year.

So far I think I reached the max progress and I'm too scared trying oral fin.

Is it worth getting a hair transplant?

I feel that it's not too bad and I can style it to look okay. But still, the thining is there
