Fetal MRI results at 28 weeks: Mildly delayed gyration, ventriculomegaly, and multicystic kidney - Looking for experiences/similar cases

Hi everyone. I’m currently at 28 weeks of pregnancy and I’m looking for insights or similar experiences regarding my recent fetal MRI results.
My medical team at UZ Brussel (Belgium) is monitoring my pregnancy closely. Here is a summary of the findings from the 28-week MRI:

Brain findings: The MRI shows a slightly delayed gyration pattern (corresponding to about 25-26 weeks). There is confirmed bilateral mild ventriculomegaly (11 mm). The report also mentions potentially small subependymal cysts on the right side and some cortical irregularity on the left frontal side.

Renal/Amniotic Fluid: My baby has been diagnosed with a multicystic dysplastic kidney (left side), and the amniotic fluid level is currently in the low-normal range (oligohydramnios).

Overal measurements: While the gyration is slightly delayed, the biometric measurements (BPD, corpus callosum, etc.) are reported as being within physiological limits for my gestational age.

Next steps: A follow-up MRI is scheduled for 32 weeks to re-evaluate the brain and kidney status.
I am very anxious about the neuro-developmental prognosis. We are currently facing the uncertainty of not knowing the long-term impact on her quality of life, autonomy, and ability to speak or move independently.
I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through a similar situation. What was the outcome for your child, and how did you navigate the uncertainty during the third trimester?
Thank you for your support and for sharing your stories.
