Sold VGSTX, couldn't buy VTI - advice?
I sold some Vanguard STAR Fund (about 30k) on May 5 because I was planning to move the money into VTI, but I never ended up buying it. Since then, the market has continued to move up.
At this point, would you still move into VTI, invest gradually, or wait for a pullback? Please suggest.
