Fortnite account got hacked
I honestly don’t know where else to go at this point. A while back I got hit with a virus/data leak situation and someone ended up stealing my Fortnite account. I came back from vacation and the account was completely gone.
I’ve already tried contacting both Epic Games support and PlayStation support multiple times, but I keep getting nowhere. The worst part is I don’t have the Account ID anymore, and I currently don’t have enough access/info for them to properly verify the account, even though it’s obviously mine. I still have bank transaction history showing Fortnite/PlayStation purchases on the account.
I’ve spent years on this account and I’m honestly desperate trying to recover it. If anyone has actually dealt with something similar and successfully recovered their account, please tell me what worked. At this point I’d genuinely pay $100 to someone who can help me recover it legitimately.
Any advice would seriously help.
