For years and years I’ve always had issues with screens. Whether it’s computers tv screens especially in the dark, I notice my eyes go strainy and I can sometimes feel abit disoriented. However it’s mainly playing video games I struggle the most. Unless I wear these blue light glasses I cannot game for longer than 10mins without that disoriented feeling coming back. However I can see fine and nothing is blurry at all. Don’t get headaches either. Haven’t had eye exam in over a decade and last time eye exam dr said I recall I am slightly longsited
