Looking for SDR/BDR/Appointment Setter
We are in search of sales reps with phone/email/LinkedIn experience.
We have a product that helps businesses close significantly more deals and it costs them nothing up front.
The reason I want to put that part front and center is because if you've been selling for a long time, you know that payment/pricing usually introduces the most objections. There is absolutely no upfront cost and basically only upside for the client. Usually when they bring up pricing, it actually helps you set the appointment as they can't believe that what we offer has no initial price tag.
What we expect from you: Outreach to 25 companies a week in the form of an email, phone call, LinkedIn message or all three. Ideally we would like you to book five appointments per month out of that. 100 attempts, 5 meetings booked. There is some flexibility on that. The more aggressive you are with the outreach, the more likely you are to get the appointment set. You do not have to close them on the offer, you only need to set an appointment time and send a google meet invite. We have AE's that will hop in a zoom call with the prospect and run them through a demo. There's an extremely high close rate on this product since (as mentioned above) there is no credit card or banking information collected at any point. They just have to say yes and sign. Once they sign and the software is implemented, we monitor performance and send them an invoice monthly which you get paid from.
As far as compensation - we offer appointment setters 20% of what the company takes home for all deals closed for the first year that the client is with us.
Average deal size is typically $50,000-$100,000. That means that take home for you from a $75,000 deal would be $15,000. This is not a lump sum, it can take up to the full year for us to collect that from the client. Usually the larger sum is paid in the first three months with the remainder paid out over the other nine months. Based on the $15,000 example - $9,000 paid out to you in the first three months with the remaining $6,000 paid out over the following nine months.
It's not atypical for people in this industry to do 2-3 deals a month with the right outreach.
B2B sales is a huge plus but we will consider anyone with a telesales/BDR/SDR background who's consistent and motivated.
If you need money right away, this may not be a good fit for you as it can take up to 60 days for your first payment. This is a 1099 position and we are currently a very small company. This would however get you in on the ground floor of a very successful product and if your goal is to become a closer/AE we only hire them from our SDR group. We will never hire someone from out of the company before we check our own team.
This position is great for someone who has a little bit of savings or other income stream and prioritizes flexibility and a healthy lifestyle. You are not required to work for eight hours straight or eight hours at all. You could get all your work done in six hours. You could do four in the morning and four in the late afternoon. It's totally up to you, and we won't be checking to see exactly how many minutes you spent on your computer. Your weekly appointments set will show us enough to know whether you're putting in the work or not.
