Hello.
I’m (M31) Looking for getting a Loan against my Property but I need several suggestions and information regarding this:

1. The property I’m willing to take a loan against is in a building which is under Litigation. So, will this be a problem or any extra documents to be required?
2. Which bank should I consider on the basis of rate of interest and value against property?
3. What all documents will I require to apply for a loan and how much time will it take?

Please give suggestions.
