I want to start all over again

Hey does anyone know how I can restart the game .

I tried switching accounts on play store , but still it logs me in the same one.

Tried clearing cache , still didn't work .

But when i downloaded the game on another account it logged me in the same Google play account. Do I need to make another google play account to restart everything. Also tried deleting Google play data , didn't work
