Now there is new upgrade round but i messed up my preference so i don't know if i should take the risk cuz I don't know the 1st august cut off
So peeps who are from obc and they got this course with equal or less marks please dm me so i can make my decision

I got allocated a seat in bvoc software development ramanujan but i cancelled it because the campus visit and location (off campus) was so underwhelming
My expectations was not that high even though crowd and overall college vibe felt odd
Okay so I still haven't visited the college even once and am thinking to visit after 15th august
And I haven't submitted any physical documents yet which I am thinking to submit on 15th ...
So will there be any issue if I submit it late and am confused about what documents to submit in college
