My ejection fraction went from 10-15% to 45%

Amazing news!
Does this now mean I can be less vigilant about retaining fluid? Do I technically retain less now?
I know I’m technically classified as heart failure forever, even if I improve and will always stay on meds.
But for anyone else who’s improved, do you live a normal (ish) life with few symptoms?
I feel like I just wrapped my head around having HF at 29, and now it’s so much better. And now I’m confused about what it means, if anything.

Please tell me you adjust to a higher dose of Entresto sooner than starting it

I’m 30f and have been diagnosed with severe heart failure for 6 months. Today my cardiologist moved me up from the lowest dose of entresto to the next one.
He’s also switched me from Bisoprolol to Nebivolol, as I’m struggling with feeling depressed, unmotivated and exhausted, and he’s hoping this newer 3rd gen med will be kinder to me. Me too.

But as for Enstresto, the first 2ish weeks sucked really hard but then and again, it was all a blur of starting 5 meds at once. And at that time, I was in hospital/curled up in bed at home, with all the time to cope.

I’m working night shift now, and I have 5 kids (between ages 8m-11yo). And I took my first dose an hour or so ago, and the dizziness is insane, I feel hot and cold and almost threw up before.
Im immediately panicking that it’ll take 2 weeks again. And then swapping beta blocker…
I saw my cardiologist bc I was really struggling to keep up. I can’t cope with this. Especially if it lasts as long as the first time.
