Feasible for bsc in maths? or later?

Feasible for bsc in chem? or computational chem?

If I am not able to choose maths.

If school is banging me

Which one looks decent for research based & decent time left for creativity (music, art etc)? or commerce?

Although ik it's (1) but if school did not provide what do you think I should choose??

PS : I can't choose Maths as core since low marks in 10th board.

I’m trying to find a book I read around 2021. I don't remember the book genre but most certainly it's a psychological mystery.

About the book :-

There's this girl who lives in an enclosed space.

She has never seen the "outside world", She spends her time on the floor using a pencil to draw or do something specific.

There is a hole (likely in the ceiling or smg) that lets in rays of light, which she uses to help her with whatever she is doing on the floor.

She is described as being very frail and weak.

She is not allowed to leave the room freely.

She is only allowed out for a limited time specifically for baths & eating. Eventually, a guy joins her in that isolated space.

I have been trying to find the book for a very long time & I am not losing hope atp
