I have recently been adding more plants and natives to the backyard and it’s been raining a lot the last few days, I’ve been hearing this sound the last couple days but wasn’t sure if it’s a frog or a cricket. We leave near a marshland/pond in the western suburbs of Victoria.

My violas that I bought on the 10th of May on sale at Bunnings vs how they look today 7th of June 😊

I can’t believe how much more vibrant they are today, I didn’t even recognise them when looking for my original photo of them!
