I've got a big district meet later today, and I'll be running the 1600m in 96 degree weather with 40% humidity, and the 800m a bit later. How can I keep cool while racing? I've been to the place before, and there's no shade, unless you count the porta-potties. I'm hoping it gets canceled, but it prob won't be.

edit: It honestly wasn't that bad, and I got first in my district and PR'd for the 1600m and 800m, so it was worth it. The weather cooled down towards the end, since this was a loooong meet.
