Clear liquid coming out of cat's back

My cat is a 14 year old of unclear race (she may look like a siamese but her parents weren't one). Tonight, i heard weird dripping and upon checking for the source saw my cat ERUPTING clear liquid out of her BACK. Drops flying off basically, every 5 - 10 seconds. Sadly my camera's framerate is to slow to catch the raw speed at which the fluid is ejected from the cat, but if you listen close you can hear dripping ; thats the liquid falling after being erupted.

She does not care if i touch the area.

She has not been acting weird other than whatever this is

She is an outdoor cat, and there are some pretty mean cats outside that could potentially have hurt her.

Genuinely just wanting to know what's going on. Never in my life have i even HEARD of something like that. What do I do with my leaky cat.

EDIT : cat stopped "erupting" after 1h of it starting
