I'm level 218 in chapter 3 but everything past the first area kills me so quickly and im trying to save up for freyja but its taking so long im just wondering if im doing something wrong

S rank weapons
Is it worth it to try and get s rank weapons or is it better to just stick with the regular weapons? I have 2 ancient s rank weapons but if i wanna keep up with my normal weapons it'll take forever and so many gems

NEW UPDATE
This new update is amazing from what little ive played, im only level 163 but they removed the quests that pretty much hault your progress until you get to a certain level like 165 then 170, those are no more. I have blaster as my hero and I have 2 ancient s rank weapons and 3 mythic weapons and i felt like my progress was so slow because I was stuck farming for levels when im easily killing the bosses of these areas. Well so far ive been able to just keep doing the quests and continuing my progress safe to say that I love this change

Tips?
I've been playing for a little over 2 days (not in game time just the past two days) and I've kind of hit a wall at level 75 and I haven't bought anything or watched many ads maybe like 3 to 4 but I feel like I can't progress much more?
