[cosplay] Cassandra Cain cosplay by me

I’m not fully done with it since I need to still do the helmet and complete the utility belt but I got the first half basically down. I’m also new to cosplay so my work isn’t that good!

Red Hood Outlaw Cosplay by me

This is my first cosplay so it’s on the more simplistic side. I would love to try to do the helmet one when I got the budget for it! The jacket didn’t come in till later since I did this during Halloween so this is just a pic of me at a friend’s party where we dressed for the wrong occasion.

Experience Section

I was wondering if anyone has put a section for ATAs (assistant TA) and wrote descriptions on it? I’m not sure how it works for other schools but at my school, it’s considered a class for 2 credits where you help the TA around. I’m not sure if this is something I can write about since it’s kinda like a class even though I’m not really learning anything and just helping out. If so, could someone give me clarify on what category it should be in?

WAMC?

Hey everyone! I am a first-time applicant and a Cali resident and wanted to ask what my chances are with the schools that I have currently applied to with my stats. I know California is pretty competitive so I am pretty unsure of how this cycle will go for me.

Stats:

cGPA: 3.87
sGPA: 3.84
DAT: 410 QR/450 RC/510 BIO/450 GC/450 OC/470 TS/390 PAT

Letter of Rec from my Anatomy prof, Organic Chemistry Prof also research, and General Dentist (I plan to get a lor from a pastor for UNLV since it asked for 4 lor and I may have forgotten since the rest of the schools only ask for 3..)

128 hours in shadowing 2 general dentist, 100 from one, 28 in another
I have 25 volunteer hours working the front desk at a dental clinic

I am only in 2 leadership positions but I like to volunteer, about 150 hours there

School List:
UPenn
OHSU
Loma Linda
Lecom
Touro
Maryland
Rutgers
Roseman
UCLA
UCSF
USC (potentially, I haven't applied yet)
UOP
TUFTS
UNLV

6/8 DAT: is it good enough?

Hi! I was wondering if this is considered a good score as my sciences are on the higher side but my QR and PAT ended up being on the bare minimum of passing.. I’m planning on applying this cycle and I’m not sure how important QR and PAT are when it comes to weighing in my DAT. My sgpa is a 3.84 and cgpa is 3.87. I’m hoping my gpa can counteract my lower score in those sections if so. Please let me know! Thanks!

DAT Score Results for June

They finally put out scores for June! I took it 6/8 and honestly PAT and QR have always been the hardest for me so I’m honestly rlly happy to have passed those! I hope with my GPA and ECs, it can balance out the bare minimum scores I have for QR and PAT. If yall want a detailed explanation on how I studied for it, let me know and I'll edit this!
