Rant Sesh!
So I went to BBW this evening to do an even exchange with a couple of ffms that I had purchased on sale for Jack and Sally.
After the transaction, this little notice was printed off saying I am about to reach my return limit which I believe is $250. I don't think I have made actual returns of up to $30, all of my transactions have been exchanges for the most part and because they would always ask for my ID because apparently "it's easier to do it that way" even though I have my receipt with me.
So now I am being dinged for returns without receipt! I called the number on the notice and the lady wasn't exactly friendly. So what I got out of the conversation is insist on them using your receipt and not you ID, lesson learned at my expense!
I am not even sure how long it takes before I get a clean slate but going forward I will make sure to insist that they use my receipt, I'm not giving anyone my ID anymore!
