CKA, CKAD, CKS trifecta

I passed all three CKA,CKAD and CKS in 2 months given i have been working extensively on EKS/GKE for the past 3 years. Got 88%in CKA, 73% in CKAD messed up here because of overconfidence and 85% in CKS. Passed all in 1st attempt and now am planning to give KCNA and KCSA to secure the kubestronaut badge. Ask me anything. Thnks

How do I realistically prepare for Google SRE/Platform/DevOps roles in 2026?

Need some genuine guidance from people working at Google or similar org(Cloud/SRE/Platform/DevOps side).
My only target has been Google. I have always been average in my college and started my career as a devops engineer in a small company and now 3.5 years into it. I’ve been preparing consistently for DevOps/SRE/Platform/Cloud kind of role at google but honestly I feel lost about the right roadmap now.
A lot of content online feels outdated, especially after how much AI has changed workflows, expectations, and interview prep. I’m already prepping hard linux, kubernetes, scripting everything I can but I still feel like I might be preparing in the wrong direction.
I don’t want motivation posts or generic “just keep grinding” advice. I really want practical guidance from someone who understands the current reality of these roles at Google:
what skills actually matter now
what projects help
what interview prep should look like in 2026
and how AI is changing expectations for DevOps/SRE engineers
Even a small direction, roadmap, or honest advice would genuinely help a lot.

AI infra Details

I have been working as a devops engineer handling eks clusters, provisioning infra etc for 4+ years now. I feel like i am way behind the current industry standard and market niche. I know there are multiple youtube videos that caters to the exact same issue but i am not convinced. If someone can help me with a practical roadmap, which is actually and will continue to support the industries today please help me. What exactly are organizations looking for in candidates , how exactly are interviews moving/framed and how is AI infra shaping current devops. Thanks in advance. I am feeling a bit overwhelmed reading all the articles around..
