I see people saying they use Prismatic Familiar for the CDR (bottom upgrade 1), but isn’t that only if you are casting lightning spells? It won’t explode as Lightning and give you CDR unless you are casting lightning right?
What counts as “while active”? While you’re waiting for Meteor to land does that add up lingering aspect? Do the stacks transfer between casts - like if you cast two blizzards will it keep stacking until the second blizzards ends? Or is it only for a given cast - ie every blizzard ramps from 0% to max bonus and then ends, and the next blizzards starts at 0. Would triggering a meteor from your meteor extend the stack time?
