Community trigger
After years of ongoing and unresolved antisocial behaviour that includes multiple serious breaches of tenancy and serious safeguarding concerns for my children and the wider community, I've felt at a loss dealing with my housing provider (RBH) photographic evidence given, made to keep detailed logs - which they never bothered collecting. Closing of cases without my knowledge or consent, going against their own policies, basically doing nothing but fobbing me off. Multiple reports to police and council not just by me. They recently told me "they couldn't enforce anything " despite these behaviours being conducted in communal and shared spaces and literally backing up on a primary school. I'm now sending all my statements, evidence, witness/ victim impact statements and examples where I believe they have gone against their own policies and government legislation to the council and asking for the community trigger to be activated in this case.
I'm wondering if anyone has had to activate the community trigger themselves and was anything actually done?
Any information, advice or what steps to take if this fails are greatly appreciated!
