There was a library book I read and never finished back in 2018 or 19 that I'm trying to find. It was in a world were the rich lived in these beautiful mansions in the sky and the poor lived in slums on the ground. The mc was this little girl (maybe 11y/o) that was eventually adopted by one of these "sky citizens ". I can't find it at all. All i get when i look it up is romantasy recommendations 😭
