My dads feet sometimes get swollen and I’m wondering if it’s worth to invest in a pair of shoes that are made for diabetics.
Does anyone have any experience or recommendations or are they mostly fad? He isn’t overweight or anything but he likes to drag his foot when he feels a bit weak.
So I have email accounts and I want to clear sensitive communication from them. But at the same time I need to back them up just in case you know.
What’s the best practice here?
Is it better to maintain these emails in active inbox, store them or delete them entirely?
I have frequent iron deficiency so I supp a lot but this time round my feet are just too cold now. I’m actually back up in decent range.
My body temp is improving but idk does anyone else have a solution to this? It’s late summer and I can’t go to sleep without a hot water bottle 😭😭
