I am afraid youtuber POVINME is abusing and ki**ing his cats

I'm afraid this person is really abusing his cats. In one video, there is four new kittens and in the next one suddenly without explanation there are only three kittens.
This man lost ( like the cats died - sorry not fluent in english ) more cats in two years, than I did in 15 years taking care of cats.
Cats don't suddenly die or dissappear. And cat FOR SURE doesn't suddenly lose it's tail. Like that man had to do something for indoor cat to lose it's tail - not talking about him wiggling the LOST TAIL in fron of his crying girlfriend.
I know people do hope he's not abusing the cats, but I don't think unfortunately that's the case.
Please, I'm not from US, but is there anyone, who could send this case to authorities to look more into it? He's from UTAH.
What can we do about this?

UPDATE : I've found out, there's only one kitten left. They've deleted videos where they tried to explain where the kittens left.
