Is it normal I havent received yet my link for payment of the exam?

Did everyone already pay? I do have confirmation of the request of the seat booking when the window opened. But I haven't received any payment link yet. Just wanted to check if anybody else still hasn't received it.

Land law question

Hi, I have already reviewed the chapter of covenants but I dont really understand the answer in here. Like when I saw the answers I wasn’t sure which one would apply. Even with the explanations below I don’t really see how to spot the difference. From my point of view that could have been an express assignment.

Can someone explain it better?
